3rd generation of ZIPS sound insultaion systems
Description
The most effective as a ratio of "thickness / result" solution for additional sound insulation of walls and ceilings.
It is effective against most everyday noise: speech, crying, dogs barking, TV and radio of average sound power, impact noise. Operating frequency range starts from 100 Hz.
Field of use
It is used for construction and renovation of buildings to increase the sound insulation of single-layer wall or ceiling constructions made from plaster, brick and concrete walls, partitions and ceilings of reinforced concrete. Mainly used in residential areas: villas and apartments.
Consist
Soundproofing panel system ZIPS-III-Ultra consists from sandwich panels 42.5 mm thick. Sandwich panel Ultra is a combination of layers from fiber gypsum board and staple fiber "Shumostop". To connect the system to the wall or ceiling, eight special vibration isolators from Sylomer material are to be used. In a free state these connection joints are protrude more than 10 mm above the layer of the sandwich panel, but they are biased during installation and the total thickness of the system together with the additional layer of plasterboard (not included) is 55 mm. Each sandwich panel consists of eight anti-vibration mounting assemblies, through which it should be mounted to a wall or ceiling.

Clear dimensions (without corrugated joints) of the panels: 1200 х 600 mm. Thickness of the panel: 42,5 mm. Thickness of the system including additional layer of gypsum board: 55 mm.
