CONFORDAN 900
High-performance impact-sound insulation for floating floors.
High-performance multilayer bitumen membrane for impact noise insulation under laminate, wooden floors, and ceilings.
CONFORDAN 900
CONFORDAN 900 is a two-layer product: a high-density self-adhesive bitumen membrane and a chemically cross-linked polyethylene heat-sealed to it. It provides acoustic mass to the surface and removes resonant frequencies.
CONFORDAN 900 HS is a multilayer product: a high-density membrane, a chemically cross-linked polyethylene heat-sealed to it, finished with a heat-sealed geotextile. Thanks to its low height it allows the acoustic rehabilitation of old floor slabs without the need to remove the floor.
Uses: high-acoustic-performance flooring systems (hotels, residential homes, etc.), acoustic rehabilitation of floor slabs, complement to the IMPACTODAN® system, and a moisture and separating barrier for floating wood floor finishes. The 900 HS is designed for the direct bonding of ceramic floor tiles in renovation.
Impact-sound insulation
Impact-sound improvement ΔLn = 22 dB (900) / 23 dB (900 HS)
Low build-up height
A thin layer (3.9 mm) allows acoustic rehabilitation of floors without removing the existing floor.
Crush resistance
Good crush resistance and high resistance to tearing.
For renovation
900 HS is designed to improve impact-sound insulation in renovation with direct bonding of ceramic floor tiles.
