Acustidan
Acustidan is a multi-layer panel made of a high-density bitumen membrane and a porous textile/wool layer. Acoustically it works as low-frequency sound insulation.
It is used for sound insulation of partition walls between different users, insulation of downpipes in commercial premises, and within the airtight chambers of wall linings and floating ceilings across low, medium and high frequencies.

RA = 55 dBA in a partition-wall solution (EN 717-1).
Mass + absorption
A dense bitumen membrane plus a porous wool blanket in one panel.
Low-frequency isolation
As a resonator membrane it provides isolation at low frequencies.
Flexible at junctions
High flexibility gives insulation continuity at difficult junctions such as corners.
Noisy premises
Sound insulation for noisy premises (night-time DnTA > 65 dBA).
Mechanically fixable
High tensile and nail-tear strength — can be installed mechanically.
