Field of application ZIPS-FLOOR Vector system is used in the construction and reconstruction of buildings for the purpose of sound insulation of ceilings from mezzanine tiles. The system is primarily used in repair works in residential buildings without "wet" processes.
Description Panel sound insulating system ZIPS-FLOOR Vector consists of sandwich-panels 50 mm thick, layer of acoustic triplex ZIPS-dB (not included) and finishing plywood sheet 18 mm thick (not included). A sandwich-panel of ZIPS-FLOOR Vector type is a combination of a GFB layer and glass staple fiber. Every sandwich-panel consists of eight vibration-insulating S-supports made of elastomer Sylomer. Total thickness of the system together with finishing plywood layer equals 80 mm.
Features:
Absence of "wet" processes in the installation of floor sound insulation structures
Extremely insulates against impact noise
Extremely insulates air noise
Quick to install
Special vibration-insulating S-supports
SIZE AND WEIGHT Panel dimensions: 1200 x 600 mm (without wedge). Thickness of sandwich panels: 50 mm. System thickness with plywood finish: 85 mm. Weight of one ZIPS-FLOOR Vector «sandwich» panel: 18,5 kg. ZIPS-FLOOR Vector system surface density: 38 kg / m2
Impact and airborne noise insulation According to the results of a full-scale test taking into account the indirect paths of sound transmission, the shock attenuation index of the ZIPS-FLOOR Vector panel system is: ΔLn, w = 28 dB. According to the results of a full-scale test taking into account the indirect paths of sound transmission, the additional airborne noise attenuation index of the ZIPS-FLOOR Vector panel system is: ΔRw = 6-8 dB.
