Basic class sound insulation panel system

The basic class sound insulation panel system ZIPS-Modul is an effective solution for additional sound insulation of existing walls and partitions. With this system, it is possible to improve the sound insulation in most residential buildings and in medium-intensity public facilities (shops, restaurants, cafés, etc.). The operating range of the system is from 100 Hz.

Field of application

The ZIPS system is used in the construction of buildings or renovation work to improve the sound insulation of single-layer structures (gypsum block, brick or concrete walls and partitions). The system is implemented in premises for different purposes (apartments, residential buildings, offices, etc.).

Composition

• The ZIPS sound-insulating panel system consists of double sandwich panels with a total thickness of 70 mm and 12.5 mm gypsum board.
• The sandwich panel consists of special hardboard and basalt fiberboard.

The net size of the panel is 1200 х 600 mm. The thickness of the sandwich panels is 70 mm. The total thickness of the system (with 12.5 mm gypsum board) is 83 mm.
