One-component vibration-isolating silicone sealant PENOSIL ECO Elastic Acrylic 622 is intended for sealing butts and joints in suitable sound insulation constructions. The sealant ensures good vibration isolation of the butt joints of construction products. Reduces the propagation of structural noise in them and thus improves their own sound insulation. Used to fill joints in sound-insulating floating floors, sound-insulating wall panel systems, sound-insulating frame partitions, cladding and suspended ceilings.

Instructions for use
Cut off the threaded end of the cartridge and screw the mounting nozzle onto it to direct the acrylic sealant. Cut off the threaded end so that the resulting opening is sufficient to install the product. Place the cartridge with the dispensing nozzle into the gun and fill the nozzle with acrylic by repeatedly pulling the gun trigger. Apply the acrylic to the joint by repeatedly and evenly depressing the trigger of the gun and sliding the tip smoothly along the joint. After applying the acrylic, smooth it with a rubber silicone squeegee. Remove excess acrylic.
Installation technology
- The surfaces must be clean, dry and free of dust, loose particles and old sealant residues. If necessary, cover adjacent surfaces with masking tape.
- During solidification, ensure that the sealed surfaces remain clean and are not subjected to mechanical stress.
- Operating temperature between +5°C and +40°C.
