Spring isolators for efficient vibration isolation

The Isotop products from Getzner, which are spring/damper combinations, are mainly used for low-frequency mounting of HVAC systems, CHP plants, refrigerating machines, cooling towers, air-handling units, ventilators and pumps. Depending on the calculated load, they have a natural frequency (resonance frequency) of up to 3.0 Hz and therefore significantly minimise vibrations.

Isotop DSD
Isotop® DSD steel spring vibration isolators consist of two spring plates with M 10 internal thread and a cylindrical screw spring designed according to DIN EN10270-1:2001. All DSD elements are cataphoresis coated (KTL), which guarantees high corrosion resistance. The core piece of these elements is the damping medium of special Sylomer®-HD material, which is exactly matched to the relevant characteristic curve of the spring. The material is permanently elastic and break-proof.
Isotop MSN
Isotop® MSN steel spring vibration isolators consist of two spring elements with M 8 internal thread and a cylindrical screw spring according to DIN EN 13906-1:2001, tolerances according to DIN 2095. The spring elements and the screw spring are inseparably connected with a special 2-component compound. On request MSN steel spring vibration isolator can be galvanized or cataphoresis coated with RAL 9005 (deep black). Special coatings or colors are possible on request.
Isotop MSN/Z - SD/Z
Isotop® tension elements consist of a spring element, connection nuts for threaded rods and either a rectangular tube housing or open steel sheet housing (LC-model). All Isotop® MSN/Z + MSN/Z-LC have connection thread M8 and Isotop® SD/Z has connection thread M10. As an option, all tension elements are also available with a damping core inside. On request, we also can deliver these elements with a pre-stressed spring.
Isotop SD
Isotop® SD steel spring vibration isolators consist of two spring elements with M 10 internal thread and a cylindrical screw spring designed according to DIN EN10270-1: 2001. Height adjustment is done via a threaded rod M 10 with three nuts and three locking washers for level adjustment and weight distribution. Corrosion protection: Optional corrosion protection, either galvanized or cataphoresis coated (KTL).
