Vibration isolation for machines, equipment and production facilities.

Tailored solutions for dynamic loads, machine foundations and industrial plants – robust, low-maintenance and engineered for the highest loads.

Isotop® ceiling hangers
Ceiling hangers are specialised products used to suspend various components of building services systems (HVAC/MEP). These spring hangers provide a robust and secure fixing for pipework, ventilation ducts and other components that need to be mounted on the ceiling.
Isotop® steel springs
Steel springs as vibration-isolating elements offer numerous advantages that can significantly improve both the performance and the reliability of the isolated machine. Thanks to their low natural frequency, steel springs provide excellent isolation properties and are particularly suited to machines that produce low-frequency disturbance frequencies.
Accessories for Isotop® steel springs
The right accessories enable flexible installation, increase operational safety and ensure a durable solution.

These include, for example, mounting plates, height-adjustment elements and protective covers – ideal for integration into machinery and plant systems.
Isotop® machine feet
Machine feet are required for the installation and operation of machines and plants. Their main tasks include levelling and stabilising the machines. Precise levelling ensures that the machine stands stably and in the correct position, which is essential for smooth and efficient operation. Stable machine feet also help keep the machine securely in place, which prevents accidents and damage.e.
Polishing pads
Sylomer® pads from Getzner are frequently used in the optical industry for polishing plastic eyeglass lenses. They enable fast and efficient processing of highly sensitive plastic materials.

The main advantage of the polishing pads lies in their resilience (ability to recover their shape). In addition, BS Trading offers a wide variety of geometries. Thanks to the reduced use of material, considerable cost savings can be achieved.
Isotop® compression-tension elements
Compression-tension elements are specialised components designed to absorb both compressive and tensile forces. They are used in a wide range of applications involving both dynamic and static loads. Compression-tension elements are used in many fields, such as mechanical engineering and construction. They are made from high-strength materials such as steel, aluminium or special composite materials.
Isotop® sandwich elements
Sandwich elements are innovative vibration isolators distinguished by their high stability combined with low weight. They typically consist of a pressure-distribution plate and an insulating layer.

The insulating layer is often made from lightweight materials such as PUR foams. The pressure-distribution plates of sandwich elements are usually manufactured from solid materials such as aluminium, steel or fibre composites (e.g. glass fibre or carbon fibre) in order to distribute the load evenly.
Isotop® steel springs with damper core
Steel springs with a damper core are specialised suspension elements whose design combines the properties of springs with the advantages of an internal damper core. This combination makes it possible to effectively absorb dynamic loads and reduce unwanted vibrations.

These spring isolators are widely used across various industrial sectors. The damper core helps improve the overall performance: excitations are effectively absorbed and the overall system is stabilised.
Sylomer® Fire-retardant (FR) with flame-retardant properties
Sylomer® is one of the market's leading materials for vibration isolation. Sylomer® FR, with its flame-retardant properties, was developed specifically for use in passenger railcars.

This material achieves the highest fire protection class, HL3 (Hazard Level 3), in accordance with EN 45545-2. The material's excellent damping properties remain fully unaffected.
Isotop® vibration dampers
Vibration dampers help make the operation of machines and equipment more efficient and quieter. They play a crucial role in reducing the mechanical vibrations and noise generated by operating equipment, which can otherwise be transmitted into the building structure and the surrounding environment.
Without effective vibration dampers, these vibrations lead to unpleasant noise pollution and potential damage to the building structure.
